MONTHLY Comprehensive "in office" evaluation &  coaching to included 4 days of hands on coaching with your team to ensure policy and procedures are being followed to the fullest capacity. Guiding the Owner is really looking from the outside with a fresh pair of eyes to refocus the Practice, Team, And Providers.
Staff development and Coaching through working with your team on day to day tasks. prioritizing, simpliflying, enhancing, and quality control. Complete assessment and termination of bad habits. Evaluation of team, positions, and assignments to implement the 5 "R's" of functionality. ( Retrain, Repurpose, Refocus, Redirect, or Retire.) Includes all resources, phone support, and followup with Zoom support weekly.   **1 year contract
